What does this mean for me?
If you are a Ziven patient, your shipment may take slightly longer to arrive. You will still be able to track your shipment. We are monitoring the status of each order closely.
To ensure your medication delivery is not paused, your refill may include substitutions of medically equivalent drugs. Examples of possible substitutions include:
- Separate DIM and Enclomiphene tablets may be substituted for combination DIM/Clomiphene tablets.
- 23g 1.5" needles may be substituted for the 23g 1" needles.
- Testosterone cypionate 200mg/ml compounded in grapeseed oil may be substituted for testosterone cypionate/enanthate Bi-Blend (90/10%) (180mg/20mg/ml) in ethyl oleate.
What do I need to do?
You do not need to take any action at this time. Your program will continue automatically as planned, and there will be no change to your program cost at this time. A Ziven team member will reach out to you directly if any special instructions are needed.
