Ziven strives to make it as easy as possible for you to GET IT BACK — to restore your testosterone to its optimized level and reclaim your vitality.
First, we need to make sure you are a good fit for our program. We don’t make you visit a doctor’s office or set up a telemedicine call with an unknown doctor. All you have to do is go online and answer basic questions about your health, medications, and lifestyle so our physician can approve you for the program.
This evaluation is completely confidential — only Ziven’s health professionals will have access to your answers.
To maintain your privacy, we need you to register before you begin the evaluation. We’ll send you an email confirming your account has been successfully created.
The cost of the evaluation is only $40.00; we need your payment information before you begin as well. You will not be charged if you do not complete the evaluation.
Once you’ve submitted your answers, you will be charged $40.00 and receive an emailed receipt.
We’ll send an email with your approval status, usually within 48 hours. If you were approved, we’ll place the order for your first two-month supply. When it ships, you’ll get an emailed receipt, plus a detailed email from us with important information, including:
- Shipment tracking number
- Account information for accessing your private web page at Zivenhealth.com
- Instruction sheet for self-injections or cream application
- Information about the saliva test kit we will send for you to establish your testosterone baseline level
- Links to resources to help you get the most out of your program, including:

Once you’ve received your saliva test kit, you’ll need to promptly return it to the lab so we can check your baseline testosterone level. We’ll email you when your results are available on your private web page.
You don’t have to worry about renewing your order — Ziven handles it automatically. When your next shipment of testosterone is on its way, we’ll email you a receipt and a tracking number.
Every six months we’ll send you a saliva test to ensure your testosterone level is at its optimal level.
